Great historical site. Can book a tour along the Coorong, and lunch cruises to Clayton and twilight cruises available.Few cafes and spots to eat including a distillery and wine bar!Busy on a long weekend so best to book ahead.

An amazing place, every evening as the sun goes down it comes alive with buskers, street artists, mimes, clowns, jugglers, live music, you name it, they all gather here to celebrate life, love, and happiness. Dance to the sound of the heavy eurobeats and synth new wave blasting out across the water. At midnight the fireworks display kicks off. You can even see Sting here occasionally, but don't let put you off. Come down and enjoy the electric atmosphere here on the wharf, it's the place to be.Not really, it sucks.

A great spot but not necessarily for children as wharf has no fencing .Parents need to watch them carefully.Excellent for adults though.

Goolwa Wharf is a great location with beautiful views, where you can see the nearby bridge and historic steamboats. The Goolwa Steam Train Station is also located here, and if you're lucky enough, you might catch a glimpse of the steam train arriving in the evening. There are plenty of free parking spaces around and even a weekend market.

Took the family on Oscar the paddle steamer for the twilight cruise. We had a lovely evening though recommend wearing warm clothes as there’s no wind protection and could get rained on. Such a fabulous historical experience run by passionate and dedicated volunteers

We went here on our roadtrip based on good reviews however we didn’t find there was much to it. It is historic with a fancy bridge and peaceful vibe. Plenty of parking available, also close to the Main Street. Few cafés, eating spots and toilet facilities available

Historic wharf with paddleboats, historic train station still in use and hospitality venues on landscaped grounds.Public access to a landing. This is the most accessible riverfront in Goolwa, with great views of the river and the bridge.

Great historic interest with the OscarW paddle steamer - one of few with original steam engine. All this in close proximity of Australia's first railway now operating as a tourist experience to Victor Harbor and return.Well worth the trip to also coincide with Sunday markets.
