Universal Home Theatre
We had Universal (Brisbane) install and mount our TV several years ago and loved the work that did. So it was an obvious choice to contact them again to sort out our issue. Jamie did an amazing job,and as usual on time, and nothing was a problem. He is a true asset to this company, and it's so nice to get good old-fashioned customer service (rare these day's) at an affordable price. Thank you very much for your kindness and patience, Jamie.

Used Universal Home Theatre southwest Sydney to install wall mount TV. Micheal and Rob very friendly staff did fantastic job. Very happy with their work and highly recommend.

Universal Home Theatre
I have used Universal a number of times over the past decade, they do a great job but are on the costly side. On the last occasion I called a tech in which turned out to be user error however despite the ten minute service I was still charged full price. I emailed the Andy to asking for a reduced fee and was told I could receive a $50 credit on my account IF I left a five star review. Perhaps the five star rating is not a true representation.

We were very impressed with the efforts of Andy and the team to provide us with a great system suitable for our needs. He was always ready to answer my many questions and ensure we got value. The team installing worked in a very professional manner and also took time to make sure we understood how everything worked together.

Andy and his team were excellent. Delivered on their promises, showed up on time and mounted our TVs efficiently as well. They cleaned up after themselves and tuned our TV sets ensuring we were able to enjoy them immediately. Thoroughly recommend!
