We used ZenNow through a friends referral, for a corporate office event 'surprise day' for our staff. We couldn't be happier with the results, our staff are still raving about how good it was to have express massages for the day. Melissa was a dream to work with to meet our needs and assisted for best solutions etc. The 2 lovely ladies Clare and Annie were wonderful to work with, Thank you ZenNow for our fantastic experience.

After an intitial bad start, where I booked my hubby in for a massage for his birthday and no masseuse turned up with no notification and no answer to the phone, Melissa the manager was a delight to deal with. Melissa phoned me to apologise and offered a free massage for my husband. The masseuse my hubby had (forgotten the name) provided a beautiful and relaxing massage in a very professional manner and the hubby was very happy. The process was smooth and easy. Thank you for rectifying the intitial problem Melissa, and thank you for the wonderful massage. Definitely recommend!
