Seaforth Blinds

I can not speak highly enough of our experience with Seaforth Blinds. The finished product is beautiful, the customer service was exceptional, and the price was extremely competitive. Even though our order was relatively small, Seaforth went to the effort of colour matching the cedar in our venetians precisely to other timber design features directly adjacent them in the room, including the specific varnish we used. The workmanship was of the highest quality and we are so happy with the result. We look forward to ordering more products from them in the near future.

I highly recommend Seaforth Blinds. They provide products of outstanding quality and exceptional customer service no matter how large or small a job is. I used 3 other blind companies to make cedar blinds for my home before discovering Seaforth Blinds in 2011. I so wish I had discovered this company first. The cedar blinds provided by other companies arrived the wrong size and then warped and peeled within a few years needing repair. I have had 7 Seaforth cedar blinds hanging in full western sun for almost 10 years and they look as new as the day they were installed and continue to work perfectly despite some being fairly large.Their product quality, knowledge and therefore advice is exceptional. On two occasions now I have had Seaforth repair the cedar blinds I bought from competitors, once in 2012 and thanks to Seaforth those are still looking and working perfectly. I just collected 3 today which now work like new and look amazing. They are like brand new blinds hanging in my home. Mark's customer service was wonderful in 2011 when he quoted and installed my blinds and continues to be so today. He is so obliging, gives excellent and honest advice and has genuine product knowledge. Mark could have very easily sold me three new cedar blinds, but recommended I have them repaired which was incredibly affordable and they are now basically new blinds. We used Seaforth Blinds to manufacture and install timber plantation shutters throughout our house (a number of different window profiles to contend with) and for some custom bi-folding louvred laundry doors. Excellent quality and service each and every time. Mark's attention to detail is impeccable and the quality and value of the product cannot be faulted. Highly recommended! High quality product. Professional and friendly service. There was a delay with our blinds (outside of company’s control due to Covid/supply) however the company installed and then removed a roller blind for us during the wait so we wouldn’t be without blinds. We were so grateful and impressed with this. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Seaforth Blinds. We've just had their plantation shutters installed in 4 rooms and they look amazing. Mark dealt with us from start to finish. He was professional, efficient and communicated well during the whole process. He explained everything clearly, and was very accommodating - our request to have the shutters sprayed in Vivid White to match our Victorian architraves was no problem at all. The shutters fit perfectly, are lovely quality, and are easy to open and close. They were also a great price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seaforth Blinds.

Used Seaforth Blinds in July to install Plantation Shutters in our lounge room. They have literally transformed the room and look perfect. We are thrilled with our newly painted, taped and corded Venetian blinds. Our old blinds were original and around 70 yrs old but excellent quality in wood. Mark has transformed them and painted them in Dulux Antique White. They are fabulous. Highly recommend Mark and his company for all your window furnishing needs.

We used Seaforth Blinds for venetian blinds, and Mark was unfailingly polite, efficient and considerate throughout. Here's a tip for all: steer clear of the big blind companies - you know their names - who charge double in order to pay their sales commissions, and they take twice as long. They even have the hide to demand 100% payment before you get anything. I got quotes from them all, and Seaforth Blinds blew them out of the water on price, quality and installation. Recommended.
