Custom Designs use Australian furniture makers and suppliers. Beautiful Australian timbers are used with superb quality finishes.After looking for lounge settings for months, we came back to Custom Designs for our order as they provided the best finishes we had seen. Extortionate delivery fee $120 CASH No ReceiptIt would seem that Diana the Custom Designs representative has no issue with explaining that their delivery guys need" $120 cash for delivery. Upon requesting a receipt from Jamie the young englishman delivery driver said that it was cash

Called in to Belrose store yesterday, spotted a leather lounge which looked to fill our needs. Di was very informative regarding details of the suite, make, seating fill, electronic functions.We were all go to purchase, however the lounge was not the right size. Contacted the store, nothing was a drama, they worked with us to find a suitable size, without any luck, still not a problem.Appreciated your time & effort to assist us.Great store, great team…..thanks Di!

Beware that they do not make custom designs furniture as you ordered.And terrible customer service by Diana.I ordered custom made Dining table and Dining chairs.The delivered dining chairs were not the ones I ordered. The chairs fabric were different from what I have chosen.The store said that the fabric was not available so the manufacture chose other fabric available.What a ridiculous! I ordered for Custom Designs furniture. If the fabric was not available, why they did not contact the customer and make customer to choose other fabric by customer’s choice.They did not response my emails for the issue to be resolved so I had to call the store.I spoke to Diana 3 times. But she had no capability to deal with customer issues. She started yelling at me over the phone and hung up the phone. That unacceptable conduct occurred “twice”.It was all their fault but I have had that horrible experiences as their customer.

We purchased two Melanie Tub Chairs from Custom Designs and whilst the factory mixed the up the fabrics David beautifully managed the error. Putting customer service as the top priority.In amazingly quick turnaround we have taken delivery of our chairs.So lovely to have locally made high quality furniture.Would highly recommend this company for service and quality.Thank you David and the team

Have had a great experience with Diana from the Custom Designs Furniture showroom at Belrose. I have been in the process of purchasing a number of custom designed furniture pieces from Diana. For several weeks I have been changing designs, fabrics and such like. Nothing was a problem for her. Diana has shown a lot of patience and has even given me some excellent advice on the designs as well as matching colours. Diana is an asset to Custom Designs and knows her stuff. Diana is friendly, patient, has excellent customer service skills and does it all with a smile. Thank you for making this easy for what is probably a difficult customer. (-:

Custom Designs Belrose is a nice place to shop for furniture and fittings. I was served by Diana recently and she moved heaven and earth to make the impossible possible. Judy now has her recliner.

Great folks to deal with at their Moore Park store to come up with an entertainment unit and coffee table built to to our size and finish specifications.

My mum is currently recovering from a knee replacement and struggling to get comfortable sitting at home. She was delighted to be shown an amazing IMG integrated chair at Custom Designs Belrose. Excellent service. Great assistance in purchasing an electric recliner for an elderly client. Store manager knew all about the MyAgedCare system and offered good advice. Purchased the perfect recliner. Thank you
