What a great cleaning team! Fast, friendly, thorough and efficient! They gave my place a good scrub to get it ready for me to start to move my stuff in, and l couldn't be more pleased with the level of attention to detail and the willingness to get it right the first time round!Will definitely be using them for my regular clean once l am fully moved in to my new home! I highly recommend Wade and his team. Very accomodating and have great communication. I used the service for an initial deep clean and have now retained for a weekly residential clean and have been very happy. I have also recommended to my neighbours.

When I first made contact with Wade he was very nice on the phone and spoke highly of their services. I booked a regular clean for every fortnight.On the first clean, the cleaners arrived on time which was great. They walked in with their equipments, I explained to the man they can use my equipment, at first he said to me I have to speak to Wade as they are only familiar with their equipment and cleaning products. I said to him Wade had said I have an option to use their equipment and pay $10 extra or use my own at no extra cost.He agreed to use my equipment. The first thing that annoyed me was he disconnected my wifi from the power point to charge his vacuum without asking. All he had to do was ask- what if that was a life equipment. I removed his charger to a different power point. Once his vacuum was charged he had the odersity to get a spare vacuum battery to charge, again without asking. This time he disconnected the toaster to charge his battery. This man was feeling very entitled considering even when 1 of my vacuum cleaners died he never offered to use their own but happy to use my power to charge his vacuum and spare battery.The clean took longer than expected, but was ok, as they left I reminded them of my fortnightly clean. No shower for the next clean and no communication at all. When I texted Wade his blunt reply was forgot to book your clean

Told by Wade that they would do a regular clean on Tuesdays and he would text me Monday about the time. No text and no one ever turned up. Absolute disgrace. At least send a message if you can't be bothered providing the service you have promised.

I would highly recommend Peninsula Exquisite Cleaning Services to anyone needing both a simple clean and a more in-depth clean.
