St James' Primary School

(2018-2020) - St James has had prolonged periods of poor leadership which I believe has resulted in a demoralized staff that have become less efficient and effective. This has had severe deleterious effects on many of its students.The staff have on many occasions overlooked poor student behaviours (often verbal, physical & social) and when put to task have made excuses for it. It seems the school is in a situation where poor leadership has becomes normalized and their actions are begrudgingly accepted and attitudes have sifted down to the rest of the teaching staff. Since removing my children from St James we have not only seen a huge improvement academically but they have also rebuild some of the self worth that was stripped away from them.

Beautiful community of parents and teachers. My kids love the out door risky play space and mud kitchen.
