Great quality products.Bought the Tri pack bonnet protector/headlight protectors/window weather shields.Unfortunately the bonnet protector had scratches on the inside surface from a few stray bolts that had come out of their packaging. I rang Ocam and they instantly offered a refund on the bonnet protector,can’t be any fairer than that.Will definitely buy from them again.

Had a great experience overall . But we had some trouble with water getting in at the rear of the canopy. Seemed to of fixed it with a rubber seal and at the time looked like the rest of the water coming in was due to the gap in the tailgate... but testing more at home have found that water also comes in under the seal in the canopy at the bottom inside lip... please some help would be awesome... can send pictures

Unfortunately had an outcome that wasn’t what I wanted. Ordered and received heavy duty sidesteps for my BT50, order was very quick and pick up was great at North Lakes, however on opening the package, the fixing kit was missing. I went back to the guys at North Lakes and they tried to source a replacement, but none in stock and no idea of when they would be back in stock, so my only alternative was to return the side steps and get a refund, not North Lakes guys fault, but there maybe should be better quality control from where the item comes from. Due to the box being massive and heavy I couldn’t check before I left the shop. Won’t stop buying from Ocam though as up until now have been perfect to deal with.

I enquired about my towing mirrors as after 4 year one metal brace had corroded and broke. As they no longer made that model I was offered the new model at the original price which was a very generous offer. Communication was easy and smooth and delivery was fast and on time. What I thought was going to be a simple purchase turned out to be weeks long ordeal. After receiving the wrong order I now have to sent back the order before my correct item will even be shipped, with the long weekend I doubt I will see my order within a fortnight. Wish i could leave a good review, unfortunately that was not possible.

After careful consideration I decided upon the OCAM mirrors.I'm in Townsville and I was anticipating about a week for delivery, 2 days later it arrived. I then steeled myself for fitting and it was amazingly simple. I even now have working indicators on my car! I picked up the new van a few days ago from Brisbane and drove back to Townsville, They work exactly as advertised, look great and just as good looking as the expensive ones! Cheer's

He has bought items previously online, and found good.The items purchased were shipped to FNQ remote and arrived within 5 days inc weekend.We are impressed with items quality and at affordable prices. As a mechanic I have fitted many versions and brands off bash plates this one looks great but fitting hardware was average. Had to use longer bolts and adjust several times to get it to fit semi nice. Spacer tubes are very weak. I imagine I'll be upgrading them down the line. Certainly not the most expensive kit out there so maybe a case of get what you paid for.
