Friendly drivers and quick service. I had a driver who was nice enough to wait around and take me to three different stops on my trip. It made my day a lot simpler and was great example of the level of care and service Black and White Cabs provides. The fare was fair for the length of the trip too.

Prompt Service, Sheree was one of the most professional and well spoken persons I have had to pleasure to be transported by to my destination on a safe and prompt manner. Hygiene of Taxi and how tidy the cab interior was has me happy to use the services provided today

Slowly but surely diminishing from a superior service. A lot of competition around these days. On hold for 15 mins to get a cab for an older fellow who had been on hold for over 2 hours as (I suspect), he couldn't understand the prompts etc in the pre-recorded message to get the service himself. Lift your game or you will be gone

Knocked over a custom letterbox at my mother's place. Owners of business have failed to cover the damage after 4 months and much communication. Very dodgy....

During one evening I ordered 4 cabs, 2 turned up.IVR system to order is hopeless, for cab 3 ordered via website instead, driver rang asking where are we.. he had gone to the destination not the pick up point! 4th cab was easy to order as IVR gave up and transferred me to operator, cab arrived in 5 minutes!Shouldn't be this difficult to order a taxi.

Whether it be this app or the other one, they're useless apps to use. Ride gets accepted, cancelled, price changed in 50 minutes a whole $1.40 difference! WE DONT SURGE? Why so much difference in 50 mins. I've tried to be a faithful customer for decades but you have lost your way! Time to try another service"

Our driver Nathan in cab number 5 today was most helpful today. From helping taking our shopping to our door to prompt pick up and drop off, he even happily engaged with my super chatty 5 year old.
