Clancy Ford

On a trip from Melbourne, an engine warning light came on and the car went into limp-home mode. I decided to pull in at Clancy Ford see if anything serious was wrong. The service crew looked at the car, road tested it, cleared the warning light and explained the problem. They gave me peace of mind that there was nothing wrong that couldn't wait until the next service and I was on my way again. I was expecting it to be a problem, but instead, got great service and support.

Just a big shout out to the staff at Clancy motors at Kelso . Just picked up our second D Max Isuzu. Super happy with the professional service that we received by Ben and staff and over the moon with our car. The balloons, cover over the car with our names on it made it just that much more special. Great service.In the past I have got parts for my Toyota from the local dealer and they say 6-8 weeks is a standard delivery time to get any parts.I was surprised when I ordered parts for my partners Ford from Clancys that it only took a couple of days for them to get the parts in.

They do all my services on the car. Very pleasant in servicing. But have never been impressed with their follow up on certain things in after sales. follow up needs quite a bit of improvement in this area, especially since I convinced my sister to buy her new car from there as well as myself.

Staffs are pretty nice and helpful. They offered a competitive new car price & finance to me so I picked my new car here. I went to Bathurst by train from Sydney and had a wonderful day trip. Staff picked me up at town centre then I drove my new car back. What a great day, all excellent!! Thanks!!

Went there to get an old car serviced for intermittent start issue. The first time, they thought they solved the problem by cleaning the key receiver. After they billed me, I had to wait there for 30 min while they were desperately trying to get it started.They called me a second time after changing the immobilizer, which turned out not to be the issue, so the same circus happened all over again.Then they announced me they definitely found the problem, but that the parts were too old for them to acquire, so they sent me to another mechanic, who promptly announced me that the car was not fixable (ECU was dying) for any reasonable price, and that whatever clancy billed me for wasn't addressing the issue.Quite a waste of time and money overall.

I have recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I must say it's been a fantastic experience.Everything that was promised to me was delivered and the whole experience was amazing.Thank you to all the Clancy Ford team. Highly recommended.
