Panic Pizza
Ordered large Aussie with mushroom, pizza had no cheese and barely any egg, was essentially dry, expensive dog food. We got it delivered, the man was incredibly rude, told off for being in my own backyard like I'm expected to wait at the door for 40 minutes , you'd think that giving your contact details would prevent any issue. Never buying from here again .

Have tried all 3 pizza shops at the set of shops here in deer park and panic pizza wins hands down. Pizza was great but the customer service from Leon was even better.

So I ordered 4 large and 2 garlic bread and was told about half an hour.I get there on 30mins and am told another 15 minutes, because the delivery deiver didn't turn up, so the sole operator bad to do the delivery before preparing my order.I asked for it to be well done and was advised in 270 degree oven everything is well done. To me that is every pizza oven, however well done means an extra 5 minutes in the 270 degree oven.I came back 15 minutes later and it tales another 10 minutes, so 55mins total wait time rather than 30. The sole operator is doing everything from answering calls, boxes, over point-of-sale the lot.When handed the 4 large Pizzas, I ask for the garlic bread, and his body language tole me he had forgotten, so I said don't worry, he gave the refund without asking.I did leave after commenting hopefully the pizza is worth the wait as the service has been terrible".After getting garlic bread from domino's around the corner

The girl who answers the telephone is completely rude & needs to learn how to talk to customers. The man who delivered our order forgot our drinks and asked us what he should do... So we had to instruct him on what to do step-by-step, which is completely ridiculous. No one needs to be told to get in their car, drive back to their workplace, grab the rest of the order & return with what we asked for.Apart from all of this the pizza is actually good. Probably best to go in and order though.

Always pick up or order over counter, hard to find delivery boys who know whats going on.Owner good bloke, knows his stuff.Very good pizzas, and some amazing tasting pastas as well. Ravioli bolognese is just yum - serve is huge.

I used to come here alot as a teenager. The pizzas used to be full of toppings and delicious. It was a regular spot for us.However last night, the pizzas were pretty dissappointing. Very hard and dry, same with the garlic bread. Seems like new ownership from back in the day.The service was very good though. Was greeted by a friendly guy and didnt have to wait long. Food was abysmal, though.

Worst pizza ever.It was lamb pizza with smell. He took extra amount for extra cheese but there was minimal cheese with meat smell & worst taste.

Was advised as open so order through their website and waited....and waited. Eventually rang up to be told over the phone that they decided to close for the night yet they still took my money (I paid online to save from contact with money handover) and now I'm dinnerless and $35.00 down. Not happy. Will get my money refunded and never buy from here again.

Worst pizza shop ever. Save yourself from going here. We should have read the reviews before coming here.The man working was so incredibly rude. The way he spoke to us was so condescending and he had a lot of attitude.He also overcharged us. He claims that the prices displayed outside the shops had changed… then why keep advertising it? This is false advertisement and a scam. He said he has been working here for 8 years and obviously need to up the prices. This is understandable but what isn’t understandable is the fact that he is still advertising incorrect prices and deals.He didn’t have any garlic bread left so instead gave us a garlic pizza which he charged us more for. It wasn’t our fault he ran out of garlic bread.He made my friends and I really upset. We would never come back here and order from such a rude individual. What a way to start 2022.
