The staff at the store are great. The contractors who deliver for them are a completely different story. They are kids who like to ring doorbells and run away.

On Monday 23/01/23 half an hour before closing I showed up to the store with an issue that would take some time to complete. To his credit, the man at the counter did not hesitate in helping me. He could easily have made an excuse and not done it, but he did. This is real customer service, something that is so hard to find today. I deal with customers all day myself and this man deserves credit. I really hope AU Post see this review. Thank you.

Always served with a smile and they're always helpful with my parcel needs. Only problem is the dud customers that take up time (one lady today with a stack of 20+ letters and a list of addresses she was insisting THEY fill in while the line waited behind her...despite this I've never seen them being rude to anyone.

At least send a courtesy txt msg or card to let us know a large parcel has arrived at your location now have to wait 5 days to pickup it up, now becomes a useless expensive new year gift..
