Extremely disappointing. Ordered a sample. Two emails and a phone call later (sample arrived 8 days after phone call). All in all sample took just over 5 weeks to arrive after chasing three times - to a local address. How long would the ordered product take?

OMG...what an awesome piece of art to wake up to each day. The entire team worked on making the artists piece fit the space and now I wake to beauty every single day. I did not put the art behind my bed as a feature, I put it on the wall opposite, then with my offcut I made the bed head. Has been the best on-line shopping experience EVER! I couldn’t speak more highly of Julia from Luxe Walls! I sent through enquires to about 6 different places about a difficult (to say the least) stairwell wall at our new office that I wanted to “brighten up”. Julia contacted me almost immediately after I sent the email through (after just coming out of surgery that day!) and I was immediately sold! She worked with me on the design and never once made out like all my last minute changes were an inconvenience. She has the patience of a saint. Due to the difficulty of the job I almost pulled out last minute but Julia went above and beyond to ease my mind and helped me overcome every obstacle. She assured me her installer Ari was 2nd to none and had full faith that he could make a dull, rough and uneven wall look beautiful. I am SO glad I trusted her. I have done a major renovation in my new apartment and I can easily say that their customer service and product is absolutely fantastic. During the entire process, Julia and Inga have been extremely helpful, insightful and flexible. I chose the Cherry Blossom wall paper to add to my powder room and it is looking fantastic - a piece of Japan in my house!!! The delivery process was also quick and the website is very easy to browse. I highly recommend LuxeWalls!!!
