Great range of tools but the guy who served me knew absolutely nothing about the product or the accessories I required. Could not answer basic info. I’ll go elsewhere for tools & service . I expect people to know about the products they are selling.

Buyer Beware!! Went to buy a tool, the fixture price was $29 but they charged me $34.80 as listed in their computer, when challenged on this they refused to honour the fixture price, they claim it was there normal practice as they did not have time or manpower to change all the ticket pricing. I then bought the same tool elsewhere and then they were very coy with me about wanting to return the item I bought from them, they did not want to acknowledge that they may be going against consumer laws

I asked the sales guy is this the biggest handheld spotlight that Makita makes? Whilst referring to a small 160lm skin. He said yes so I bought it. Trade tools 1 min down the road had a1250 lm light skin so I bought that too and went back to refund the light I just purchased. Even though I paid cash you guys would not refund cash and insisted on a store credit or bank transfer. Well I despise this policy and you have just lost a customer for life.

The shelves are just confusing, price tags are all over the place, staff had trouble finding products in computer the charged for the wrong item anyway, awkward site to get to without multiple traffic lights, staff very helpful, but I guess up against it

Don't shop here - customer service is a forgotten concept. Should be called Shonkey Tools.I have been waiting for a refund on some defective products I returned 14 May... it is now 25 July and nobody has contacted me. I have called and spoken to the returns manager once and have been in to see the bloke at the don't desk who could not help other than to take my bank details and send it to head office. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response.They will be hearing from Fair trading and ACCC IF NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME!
