Worst customer service exp I have ever had, happned just now on the 14th. I walked into the store and had to call out for assistance for over 5 mins and then then the person who was meant to be working, strolled out of the toilets phone in hand.He then went on to tell me that I could not take a sample as they were still wrapped up in plastic but could not give me a reason why. Too lazy to even pretend to care.Then when I asked about stock and what they had said I would need to go to Balcatta to check. When I asked if he could advise if they had stock he would not help or call.If this is your employee then you should be embarrassed that someone is taking the micky out of you and your business. We will not be returning to your store and that would be my advice to anyone else thinking of engaging this business.

I call in on a regular basis and every time I get a warm greeting,good knowledge of their products and great customer service. Pleasure to do business.

I have to say that over the past 15+ years in the painting industry this has to be by far the best shop that I have ever used for my painting & decorating materials.The selection of products is great and the prices aren't bad either.But it is absolutely the customer service that will have me as a continued and loyal customer!The treatment I received from the moment I walked into the shop was second to none.The whole team at Taubmans Joondalup have always been so pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable & polite.Without a doubt I will continue to get all my supplies from the Taubmans Joondalup store.

I have been to Taubmans a number of times. The customer service is fantastic especially when served by Anita. They have great tips to share and always helpful.i would go there again and again.
