I was very happy with the service I received from Panasales, from office staff to the technician they were professional, courteous and did a great job.

We have a number of Panasonic split systems at our home including one in our bedroom which has not been touched in 15 years and continues to function flawlessly. That said, we had a unit in a renovated living space some 7 years old which was recently leaking condensate due to a cracked plastic component.Pleasantly surprised that we could actually still buy a replacement part for a unit of that age, we had Brenda from Panasales schedule a service call to fix it.While not cheap, we felt it worth it given our experience of Panasonic longevity, and still a fraction of a new unit alternative.A day or so after this repair, we noticed a lack of cooling from the same unit and contacted Brenda again. She promptly arranged another service call from the same technician, who quickly diagnosed a crack in a copper line pipe flare, allowing a small amount of gas leakage.While arguable that it was in any way related or initiated by the the previous work, there was no charge for either the gas or the service call.For us this confirms our choice of Panasales as being the best for friendly, efficient and professional service for Panasonic split units, which continue to be the only ones we will look at buying in the future.

I got three Panasonic Split Air conditioners from Panasales Group. I am satisfied with their customer service and their technician. They have excellent follow-up and quick response time. Their technicians are skilled and they help customers as much as they can. I must explicitly thank Feronica for following up on my split issue. Thank you Panasales for excellent customer service and keep up the good work.

What Actew AGL could not find out and repair in one year and several useless service visits by Panasales. Panasales replaced the faulty air conditioner in January 2022. Nevertheless, the Panasonic air-conditioning system worked for exactly 90 days and the replacement unit failed again showing the same fault as the former defective one. I now will remove the Panasonic air conditioning system and replace it with a Deakin air conditioner a company I used successfully before in all my houses and this without any problems. Get professional advice before you make any commitments as my experience purchasing a Panasonic air conditioner was a rather bad one.

Panasales recently installed two air conditioners in my business. Their communication, service and installation was outstanding. Highly recommended!
