Jorge is fantastic! We went through a number of groomers in the first year until we met Jorge - our dog hates bath and because he’s a small dog, he has had experience where his eyes got irritated by shampoo and the drying process. Jorge is very patient and spends the time with him to relax him. Our dog always come back looking handsome and happy!

Although more expensive than other salons, they stand out from the rest. You have a firm timeslot, so if you have a dog that doesn't like being groomed this is excellent. They appear to really care for your dog and do such a good job and fluffing them up. They even clean teeth.

Instead of calling me to explain there were some knots they proceeded to just hack at my dog and hope for the best. They didn’t clip her nails, the whole hair cut is completely uneven. Her legs are still the length of when I dropped her off. We are so disappointed. Don’t waste your money here go to groomingdales instead.

Jorge at The Fur Salon in Balgowlah is the best ever dog groomer! My dogs love him. They always look amazing after his magic grooming skills! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I completely love this business! Mx

Jorge is amazing at taking care of our wire foxy. We'd been for regular grooms for a while and his colours became all washed out. Jorge has managed to bring his colours back and he looks fantastic again. So glad we found this salon!

Inconsistent. First visit was exceptional. Great groom and pup came out looking and smelling smashing. Second time around though, it appeared to be a very lackadaisical job. I had 2 dogs. One dog had not had his ear trimmed and neither dog had their ears cleaned. Took them back and this time, while the trim was done, only one dog had his ears cleaned. Coming home I noticed that their nails had not been clipped either (or at least not of any consequence as their nails were constantly scraping the floor). Also the package is supposed to include a spritzer spray. That wasn’t done either. Pretty much struggled with every one of the services included in the package except for the actual haircut. Eventually gave up and finished the groom myself. Deeply disappointed they didn’t live up to the good standards of the first visit.

Jorge and Agnes are fantastic groomers, always so caring and patient with my dogs Frankie and Duffy. There is a genuine love for dogs in this salon, and my two always come home happy and stylish!

Jorge is the best. We have used him previously in Mosman and we now take our 8 month old puppy cavoodle to him in Balgowlah. So many people stop us in the street to ask where Fletcher is groomed as he looks so good. And Fletcher adores Jorge. He flies in their front door without hesitation. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
