Lovely place for a couple or families. Close to the beach.

The hotel meets standards and it’s a nice “homey” feel, great location and walking distance to everything. This is our 2nd time staying and booking through booking.com, we enjoyed our first stay and wanted to come back so I had this reservation booked for 3 months. 2 weeks before our stay we decided to extend an extra night and upgrade our room (through booking.com). On the day of check in I received a text message to complete the COVID check in online, the check in date that was stated was the originally booked date so I sent a quick message to confirm that we’re still arriving today!! I then got a phone call from the manager saying that I’ve made heaps of changes to my booking and the room we booked is unavailable for the 3 nights. I said that this is untrue as I made 2 changes at the same time 2 weeks ago but apparently I also added in an extra adult too which was going to cost more? So, our room was degraded (lower than what was originally booked 3 months ago) as there was nothing else available. I called back saying that after investigating, I was concerned about the size of the room judging by the photos on their website, I was reassured that this was a nice room and decent in size and the best room on the level. Not one bit. It’s very squishy for 2 adults for 3 nights who just want to spend the weekend relaxing and not out adventuring, I don’t even have a bedside table (I know, first world problems). The manager offered us a late check out but I told her that has already been organised. Definitely need some improvement in management and how the rooms are booked through 3rd party sites. I’ve noticed that this hotel has now been removed off booking.com. In saying all of that, we will be back as we do enjoy the location, I will just need to confirm and reconfirm booking details so we’re not left with the short straw again. Ok spot to crash, very basic but neat and tidy. Short and shiny showers. Good location tho with short stroll to main shops and dining and beach. Car park on ground level was very awkward, tight navigation around pillars, but beats roadside parking.

Great spot only 1 street back from main road Close to supermarket etc. Thw pool area downstairs was lovely and the roof top area with bbqs spa and small pool was fantastic

Stay one night, it was a great size for my daughter and I. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The manager failed us on the after hours check un.. We were locked out at 10pm when we finally arrived after a long fays international travel.Disgusting guest support and a disgraceful lack of remediation. We were forced to stay elsewhere at a premium time if year when $400 a night was the cost.. They won't take away a great holiday though. We have had great local people support us and recommend you do not book at this property... Service is something the resort manager knows nothing about... diabolical display...

Sarra is the friendliest manager, she accommodated my requests without any fuss. The room has everything I needed, clean, spacious, extra bed for my friend, coffee, tea, milk. She even can recommend the coffee, best meal nearby.I loved my stay here.

The resort is amazing however Sarah the resort manager lets this place down.She blamed booking.com for us not getting the two apartments we booked through this website.We booked 2 apartments but were told one room was booked and available. She had no other rooms available so we had to squash 3 adults and 2 teenagers in a small room. ( A couple, a sister and her 2 kids).It was extremely disappointing, I wanted to treat my sister and her kids from Melbourne.A rude and unaccomadating manager. It was clearly the resorts mistake and a clear lie that booking.com were responsible for this error. I'm sorry but a poor refund through booking.com, a bottle of cheap sparkling and a towel doesn't cut what we experienced. She simply didn't care and it showed on her face. She wanted a solution with no fuss...however cramming 5 people in a small room isn't a solution. My partner was embarrassed to stay in a room with only woman to share 1 bathroom. Her attitude ruined our stay. She needs to go. Reading other people's reviews makes me think this is a reoccurring issue, simply unacceptable management. This resort would be heaps better with more understanding and friendly management.had a terrible experience.Very poor management and she could have done way better.Horrible management.

Recently renovated unit, very clean and modern. I had a top floor unit with a big balcony, loved the outdoor space! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

By far the worst experience I ever had.5 of us booked 2 nights in 2 appartments thru booking.com and all the confirmation were correct via email, as we checked in we got told that there is only 1 apartment available so 5 of us jammed in to one room, on shower and one toilet, what a disaster.Manager of the hotel definitely did not ease the situation but we received a complementary bottle of champagne, thanks so much.Her response to me was “I’m not standing here argue with you all day” , not professional and not acceptable in hospitality and hotel management.Totally ruined the weekend away ad did not help us to relax and enjoy.
