Absolutely horrible, (SINGH)We went in and asked for a doctor that could specialise in mental health she is horrible and the worst doctor I’ve ever met to date.At the appointment , got told by the doctor and the doctor would not give her any antidepressants nor did they care, listen or even act like they caredthey definitely do not specialise in anything to do with mental health. I would suggest you take your health needs elsewhere.

Disappointed to have two cancellations in a row from Bullsbrook Medical Centre. I'm trying to get my daughter her 4yr old immunisation. I completely understand that Covid is causing staff shortages, but surely, if the nurse is unavailable, a doctor could do the job.

Went in for a first appointment with this place as I’m new to WA. Had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time before I had to leave for another appointment. The receptionists knew there was another patient before me and what my appointment time was when I arrived early to my appointment. They decided to not notify me of the wait time and both receptionist sat chatting to each other. I had to get time off work to come to these appointment and they just wasted my time as I’m not going to make my next appointment as I sat in the waiting room for much longer than the original appointment would have taken. If I had known of the wait when I came to my appointment I would have rescheduled instead of waiting and missing both my appointments.

This place is awesome, staff so helpful, including the management. Gives great advice and multiple choices when dealing in supplements.It's the only chemist I'll use and trust.Recommend highly.

This is an excellent medical centre. I've always found it easy to get an appointment and you can book online.Before seeing the GP a nurse carried out the standard tests (blood pressure, questions about meds etc) which was great because it meant the doctor already had this information and could focus on the illness.The staff are lovely and the facilities are always clean.As it is in the shopping complex area there is a chemist a few doors down which was handy.

The medical receptionists are so helpful, kind and truly seem to care. They are always ready to help and make you feel so welcome.The doctors are wonderful.

Highly recommend this GP Surgery. I got my appointment dates mixed up and the lovely reception and medical staff made an effort to fit me in anyway. Something like that goes such a long way especially working full time. Many thanks to you all. Lovely and clean inside also. See you guys in a few weeks!

My wife had 4pm appointment. Was waiting 50 minutes without explanation. Why we have appointment if nobody cares. And it's not the first time. I understand can be delays but not 50min. Should change practice but in the country we have no choice.
