This beach is usually very quiet during the week with a few people walking with dogs, sunbathing or swimming. It is quite rocky in parts but very flat sand at low tide and therefore a safe beach for swimming (apart from jellyfish and crocodile warnings of course in Qld). Views of ships and port activity make it a different type of beach visit.

No cars on the beach. Yeah!. Easy walking. Great spot for a dip.
