Prouds the Jewellers

They aren't very polite. Just seem like they would rather be somewhere else. It shows in the Facial expressions and lack of customer service.

Nice little store but the lady's are never smiling and lost a 350 dollar sale because I was turned of by the attitudes

The lady served me and my husband today was very rude … i nicely ask her what you suggest as being on the customer service position she completely being rude said straight away oh i am not gonna wear it plus my choice is completely different then yours … and then i was still looking after my purchase and in rude tone said so you wanna stay here don’t wanna leave the store as if she owns the store… and in their policies there is nothing written anywhere that you can change your mind 1 time only .. i called the store to exchange something and they said oh you can only change it once we cannot let you change it again and againIf there is policy why don’t it is showing in your policies given on the net

Great shopping experience! Walked into Prouds Melton looking for a gold chain for myself. Hayley was the lady that serviced me and she was an absolute delight to deal with. Amazing customer service! I picked the chain I wanted, tried it on and it was a winner. I am very pleased with my purchase. Quality of the gold is A1 here. I can’t thank you enough!

The three or four times I've been into this store the service is poor. Slow to be acknowledged and rude in their manner.

Shockingly rude staff. Alexa or whatever her name is was disgustingly rude as well as the older lady in there. Both could do with a lesson on how to treat customers. Wouldn’t shop at this store again.

Customer service is terrible!As I can see a lots of comments from other people, this store/company has got lots to do with their staff! Staff are really rude, their behaviour is so unprofessional. This morning (26.06.2023), I went their and bought 2 things, but my experience with the staff was really bad, even while leaving the store, I told her that she was really rude to me.

Although the store manager provides great service with a smile, the assistant store manager is incredibly rude and condescending to customers mentioning her role of importance even though she does not know how to complete simple processes such as product refunds and basic split payment transactions, with many other jewellery stores in woodgrove Plaza I would recommend avoiding this prouds location.

Terrible customer service. Ladies attending customer do not know how to talk. Me and wife went there to buy watches, but seems like ladies weren’t interested in selling anything!!!! At least they should be kind and polite towards customers. Now, I know why Prouds Woodgrove has terrible ratings. Will never go there!!!! Disappointed!!

Terrible experience from staff. I went there to get a Xmas present. Lady was super rude and had really bad attitude. Immediately left the store and they lost $300 worth sale. Never going there again
