Great service

Absolutely no skill in repairs, no quality control and no respect for my time or for what was my brand new car. This frustration is coming from over 12 months of trying to fix damages made by Motorserve (originally unaffected parts of the car) during the original repairs. I am aware of the concept of wear and tear and am not looking for my car to be in brand new condition, although I certainly do not expect to receive my car in worse condition. I am now forced to repair my car out of pocket as I do not trust Motorserve with my vehicle. It is disgusting how out of my hands this situation is, my last resort is vent publicly to be taken seriously.

Worst service I have ever had, had my vehicle assessed, they ordered the wrong parts, had the vehicle reassessed. Booked the vehicle in for repairs, the repairer the parts had not come, had to rebook, rebooked, they forgot to book the hire car, they rang Braddon and booked a car, sent me to Braddon to get a hire car, got to Braddon no car booked.

Not impressed with this group at Mitchell. One of the Assessor’s Barnsy could not explain to me what RepairHub had done to my car (the second time in 2weeks) then all he did was lie to me by saying that he has been told the bumper was NOT painted and it was pretty obvious it had been painted on a brand new part which is not meant to be painted. Missing clip was also flagged the second time it went back and they still couldn’t fix this on the third time I collected it - all they did was paint a part that wasn’t meant to be painted left visible overspray which he denied to agree was overspray . So if they didn’t paint my car then what did they actually do? Not even the manager at Repair Hub could answer this.Barnsy tried to reassure me he’s a panel beater by trade but this had nothing to do with the paint on my bumper or the overspray or the fact that the bumper clip was still missing. Thankyou for purely wasting my time petrol and patience.

Terrible experience. Saw my car was in Queanbeyan using the vehicles GPS. Called up to ask confirm if it's Queanbeyan or Mitchell, lady told me it's DEFINITELY in Mitchell. Arrived at Mitchell, turns out the car wasn't even ready yet. Not even sure why they called me to say it was ready nor did the lady even bother checking if the car had made it to Mitchell. Surely there are check-in" procedures. Useless monkeys and a waste of time. Should bill them for hours taken off work.EDIT: car wasn't even fixed when I picked it up. Said car could not be repaired unless all parts arrived. They could have told me that earlier. Wasted a total of 8 trips to this place. They like to waste your time and they have the audacity to charge $180 for steam cleaning fee because of a bit of dog hair. NRMA needs better service providers. This place doesn't even fix vehicles. I understand these people don't do anything all day

I wish I'd found out about this place under better circumstances, the staff are exceptional and super friendly. They are a great team

Very impressed with their service. My car was rear ended. Within a few days, Motorserve called me and informed me that a loan car would be waiting for me when I dropped my car off to them. I was a given a loan car and then I was called 2 days before the due date to pick up my repaired car. I was extremely happy as I was interchanging between using the loan car and my daughter's as I had to bring my dog to daycare in between the repairs.Bec was very polite and patient. In fact everyone there is very efficient. The AVIS rep too was very patient in explaining how the loan car worked. Thank you Motorserve. Keep up the good work.I would also like to commend their integrity as well. Upon receipt of my car, I found that my personalised number plate was cracked during the repair. They immediately accepted responsibility and told me to order new plates from Access Canberra and that they would reimburse me. I am super impressed with their honesty and integrity. You guys are the best indeed. I will definitely recommend you in a heartbeat.
