I called and spoke to these guys about my hot water system not working. He was able to work with me over the phone to diagnose the issue as being an electrical fault and was super honest and suggested I call an electrician and save them charging me a call out fee.The free advice he gave me was 100% spot on. The electrician worked out that it was a faulty switch from Energex that controls the peak/off peak power supply.So glad I spoke with these guys. Am saving their details in my phone for next time I need a plumber.

Michael and team very efficient at diagnosing problems and fixing. Michael very good with drain camera and water pipe welding. Price of work was about what I expected. I recommend BTTD for plumbing work, especially if tricky.

Used Michael & his team to make repairs to a problematic toilet whilst I was overseas. Very responsive on email and kept me regularly updated with timing on parts. Great service like they provide is hard to find. A++ plumber. Highly recommended.

I used BTTD referred by a friend. Michael responded promptly and arranged a date to attend. I am impressed with Michael and his team. Our complaint was a bad smell emanated into shop unit. Many contractors are extremely busy and not interested these days but he returned to site many times to investigate the problem. Michael and his team were very friendly, experienced and committed to solving our problem. Cost was fair and reasonable.I am happy with his service.

Awesome service and extremely thorough in not only clearing the blocked drain, but diagnosing the issue, where it was and how it needed to be addressed. Micheal was communicative prior to arriving at my house as there was a slight delay with another job, so he kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and will be my first point of call for any future issues. Can't recommend Michael highly enough!

100% Recommended!!Michael fixed an ongoing problem occurring for 6 years in the bathroom (from the time I bought this brand new unit). It was a really bad smell coming every time someone used the shower. It also came randomly during the day and at night. I was having all sorts of issues with my tenants for this situation. During the last 6 years I paid at least 4 plumbers, the builder also came several times with his team of plumbers and NONE of them could come up with a solution. I had to open a case with QBCC and they didn’t help either. All of these entities said that everything was perfect; the pipework, installation, they couldn’t find any problem. So WHY IS THE SMELL???? Were all my tenants and I crazy? It was obvious that there was a problem but the plumbers just said that we had to clean the drains every week…. We were expending large amounts in buying drain-cleaning products, applying them every week and nothing! Had to bring the rent down…I was in despair! What I was supposed to do with my property?. Michael was my last hope. And he did a brilliant job!!! He suspected that the rubber seal behind the toilet was starting to wear off. When he came to do the inspection, he found that the builder didn’t even used a rubber seal! All this nightmare and “no-one” even thought about it before! This guy is brilliant. Thanks Michael, my nightmare is over.

Michael is just awesome. Super friendly and honest. He clears our sink due to fat blockage within half an hour with ease and even cleans the mess in the sink. He understands whether it is an emergency to prevent you paying unnecessary bills after hours. Electronic invoice is available upon payment.
