A couple of weeks ago we were having trouble with the battery in our BT50 2 days in a row it went flat, as the vehicle is still under warranty, and we're traveling in our van, I phoned Mazda Reynella, and a lovely lady by the name of Jen answered I explained our predicament and she said with no hesitation to bring the vehicle in they would need to test it and we can supply a courtesy car for you to explore the area while you wait ,within the hour and a half, the battery definitely needed replacing. Job done with such friendly service Thanks Jen and Megan for your outstanding friendly customer service

0 after sales service, Couldn't even get a call back 3 days after buying a brand new vehicle, Worst paint in the industry, You will need to respray your car every 9 months according to Reynella Mazdas warranty on the thinnest roof paint in the industry. They literally told me, It's not the same as other brands paint" AVOID."

They service was reasonably priced. They had tea and coffee machine in the lounge, while you wait. Even cleaned the car at the end of the service. Very happy.
