Worst customer service, son went to return faulty good, had three staff arguing with us saying was on line purchase not our issue, then they called someone appeared to have it sorted then tried to find a new reason not to replace because the invoice he showed wasn’t good enough, at this stage had three of them telling me there issues and policy because of manufacturerMy soon has spent close to 4K with Tool Totals never again

Been here three times now both at just before 5 but right now it is 12:40am Monday and it's closed. The windows have a mirror film so can't see inside. The trading hours show it should be open. If not officially open yet these should be covered with a notice when it does open. I know a few guys that are annoyed at wasting time.
