Really disappointed, we were promised a quote months ago, I kept ringing every month to check when they could come, was always told that they would definitely give us a quote. Now they sent me an email not even a phone call that they have closed all work in new kitchens until next year. Really unprofessional and obviously they are making enough money not to care.

Firstly, new kitchen looks great, workmanship is excellent. However it has been a very chaotic and stressful process. They do not mange their critical paths or have customer checklists. Because of this we have ended up with an over bench sink instead of an under bench one. This is because I forgot to respond to an email agreeing to the extra $250. If we had received an agreed checklist this would not happen. First world problems I know but when you are spending so much on Caesarstone this is really annoying!

Had problems with cabinet doors in caravan. Approached Chris and explained problem. Chris was only to happy to sort my problem out and explained how to refit. Great to find someone like this and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Quality products. Helpful and friendly staff. Love my new kitchen.
