Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience here. The frame options weren’t great to begin with, and I felt as though the lady preferred to stick with what she knew, rather than what I wanted. After showing her pictures of a ‘rustic’ style I was hoping to recreate, she obviously didn’t get the styling and went along to match my warm white picture with a cold white mount board. The result is terrible for anyone - even without an artistic eye - yet it was all too hard for her to try something else when asked. Given that she had changed the mount board colour from the one we had used to sample in store, without even making a phone call, I felt like she could’ve been more accommodating. Instead, she wished me ‘good luck’. I feel embarrassed to give the gift to my friend yet have spent $140 on the frame alone. The quality seems ok but for a plain black frame with white mounting - the price isn’t particularly great either. Won’t be using them again and would recommend you try elsewhere if you’ve got an eye for detail or have a particular look in mind.

I did not have a great experience. The quality of work was excellent but the customer interface became abusive over a minor matter of a misplaced print. I was treated more as a threat than a customer which lead to an abusive phone call where I was told to F'off by the lady proprietor. I have since been banned from her shop. So I have blocked contact and won't be using or recommending her services.

Absolutely amazing service. I was able to get this limited edition screenprint framed. I think they did an absolutely stunning job.
