Great mass, great pizzas. Both bianche and rossa were amazing. Nutella pizza was as delicious as expected. 5/5

Last time we ate here the pizza was delicious and service was good. They were able to accomodate our food allergies and we enjoyed our meal.This time, I was told that they weren’t sure if the ingredients of the pizza topping I requested were safe and they might be able to get someone to check but they weren’t sure etc etc.The lady serving didn’t seem to confident either. All I was asking for was a simple pizza but this seemed too much trouble for them.I was going to order 5 pizzas in total, two of them with very simple toppings that were allergy friendly.I just walked out without ordering anything as I didn’t feel confident that the chef or the server took the allergies seriously or could be bothered.It’s a shame as my kids were really looking forward to having dinner there.

Pizza is ok , But the pizza chefs were horrid. One of the chefs (the skinny younger one) kept touching his crouch and touching the pizza. The other chubby guy was touching everything bottles and other things and didnt wash hands. Their hygiene was questionable. Not going back there anytime soon. The staff also seem like everything is an effort for them, not willing to provide simple service.

Have been going to Il Bene for a long time. The pizzas are usually very good.However, went last night and it was disgusting ..No sauce on the pepperoni pizza very little cheese and way too much pepperoni slapped on it…from the best pizzas to the worst….and they’re not wood fired…as there’s no wood in that oven…

Ordered the Garlic pizza crust that was mostly burnt. Ordered the Gamberi Pizza with added Prosciutto. Pizza stated fresh chilli but arrived covered in tubed hot chilli sauce that you would find in a kebab shop which, in our opinion ruined the pizza. Fresh chilli is a must here.
