I was shouted at by a staff member because I wouldn't move to the checkout fast enough. There was a disabled man in front of me! I wasnt about to shove him out of the way. Then I pointed out to the same staff member that I had been overcharged for my item. She told me there was nothing she could do about it because the shelf price was wrong. So I asked for a refund. I was told that she didn't think it was possible but she would ask a manager. I told her manager that I just wanted a refund. The manager then offered me the product at the lower price written on the shelf. I had to repeat that I just wanted a refund. I told her I no longer wished to shop there after being spoken to very rudely by her colleague. The manager then proceeded to ask me exactly how the staff member was rude to me. I told her that I was shouted at. The staff member in question proceeded to tell her manager it was my fault. Extremely poor customer service and everything is overpriced! I will never set foot in the place again!

Pharmacists are friendly and helpful. The other staff are also great. Awesome customer service :)

Courteous staff and competitive prices. The store is well laid out, clean and comfortable. Excellent experience in all respects.

Generally the place isn't too bad and the staff are friendly. I don't judge how long a prescription can take because I don't know how many there are beforehand nor how difficult some can be to dispense. However... just make sure you check their hours for the Public Holiday as I got caught short. Some are open but this one is not. With that in mind, I guess when it's run more like a place for skin care products, toothpaste and shampoo I suppose the prescription aspect to things does take a back seat.

Not only do they have the cheapest prices around they also have the kindest, most supportive and wonderful staff. We have a closer chemist to us but we will go out of our way to go to this chemist due to the amazing service they provide. Can not speak highly enough of Pharmacist Kevin who helped me out yesterday, he took the time to listen to what was going on and helped me find the right products. You won't find a better chemist around.

Staff on the floor are really nice and helpful. Prices are competitive and they have a nice variety/range available.Only downside is the Pharmacist doesn't like to price match scripts but that's okay, I just take my scripts elsewhere.

Service is friendly, especially given I came in when it was fairly busy. Found what I needed easily and got served pretty fast.

The store has a spacious feel and items are well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very happy with this store and would always come back if I'm in the area.
