Kidz Biz

I left Kidz Biz Dianella last year, having now had at least six months of childcare experience at another centre, I feel I am now objectively able to say: Kidz Biz Dianella offers: poor hygiene, unresponsive management, staff who are not reprimanded for lazy and uncaring behaviour, extremely poor supervision and lack of strategies implemented to address issues among young children in their care. Issue: 1 - A prerogative for sending children home at every opportunity. I'm not sure how many times my one year old was sent home, I would say, at least once every three weeks, if not more often. I would say approx on one in ten of these occasions she may have been ill. So many times I, or a family member went to pick her up at the request of the centre, she might have had one nasal discharge (yes, a nose wiped once), have been a bit unsettled": etc

Fabulous daycare with exceptional care. Highly recommend.

My kids enjoy going to Kidz Biz Dianella, the workers have a special bond with them and I trust when I drop them off they are in safe hands. They are fed well, and do fun activities. The building is nice and clean. They also enjoy the big outside natural play area.

We highly recommend Kidz Biz Dianella!My children have attended for over 2 years, and we continue to be impressed, particularly by the fantastic, professional and caring staff, who really do feel like a second family to both us and our children! Our son attended a different day care before Kidz Biz Dianella, and I wish we had made the move sooner.The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the garden and play areas are enormous and well-equipped.

Spacious with a lovely yard. Well organised management. Caring and motivated staff. Fresh meals and a clean and well designed interior. Feel at ease sending my 2 children here. Staff have always been helpful and resourceful and location in a peaceful street adds to the appeal of the centre.
