Organised Store. Perfect management. I had very fantastic experience when I purchased in store. I had a question regarding a product, The store manager, Martin, explained very well for me. He is a very kind and has a lot of knowledge how to manage everything.

Unfortunately not a good experience.Maybe I caught them on a bad day.Girl on the checkout didn't speak to me at all.Put my items through and then had to check one. Not a word, just reached into my bag and grabbed the item.After several attempts she had to ask another employee how much the item was. He didn't check the shelf just gave the incorrect price.I went and checked and it was charged at the correct price. Still nothing verbal.I did get some conversation at the end, would you like a receipt?"Yes

Well set out and clean. A nice local shopping precinct.

Good range of product. Very good fruit and veg. The staff are a mixed bag. The youngsters tend to be unsmiling and shy. Some of the older staff are pleasant but some are not. The guy in the bottle shop, Ryan, is fantastic. The owner looks perpetually stressed to angry.Despite the fact that I have been going there since it moved in (maybe 22 years ago) the permanent staff with the exception of Ryan, refuse to make the effort to know me despite my best efforts to smile and engage. I love my local shops and are friendly terms with so many of them, but this IGA defeats me. Except for Ryan.

Best IGA is in Heathmont great cooked meats /chicken/pork cooked roastsAnd vegs and pasta's. All fresh on the day.don't want to cook dinner go to Heathmont IGAHighly recommend

Lovely local place to drop in and get those common grocery items we seem to require in a rush. Friendly service and a pretty good range of products.

I needed groceries after just moving into a new apartment, great service from friendly staff, made me feel comfortable

Today the 20 March around 2:30pm at the deli, this young brunette dark colour hair is super rude, nasty, foul tempered and surly. We have been there regular and we never serve with someone like that before in that IGA. Just remember you are currently employed because of customers, so do you job! Customer service is not hard, don't scowl at people's.
