They double up on payment which are meant to be taken out. You have to check your account every second day to ensure they havent take more money out that they were not meant to take.For any business considering them, stay away as they will cause unwanted headaches to your clients

Poor management of there clientsCancelled my gym membership over 6 months ago, and found after covid that they were still taking payment out.Had to go into my bank to stop repeating transactions only to be chased by quickpay stating I have failed to pay and debt collectors are coming collect after I had gotten in contact with the gym and discussed the matter.

SCAM - stay away from this company. They have no customer service. If they get your credit card details they will continue charging you even after cancellation. Won't respond to emails and won't refund your money.

Whatever you do, don't go near any gym that uses QuickPay for membership payments. I had a problem with them where they continued to take money out of my account without my permission for 5 months after I cancelled my gym membership. I've made a website to explain what happened, Google search 'Beware of QuickPay'
