Our instructor was very informative and gave great information and advice. I would highly recommend doing your CPR here. It’s well known that this training can be a real slugfest, but he made it very enjoyable and engaging. 5/5.

As an Educator I know learning through play works. Bill made the refresher training fun and “real”. Equipment was realistic and I learnt so much more than just what to do, such as how to be respectful towards those in need and how to calm them through songs as I’m applying first aid. I’m looking forward to the Podcast.
