Busy Bees at Crace

STAY AWAY!It was a great center before until director and most of the staff changed.-Mess management-Charging wrong amount (parents please check your statement !!!!!!!) (my refund took more than 3month to proceed! With no update , with no reply email! , even complaint to head office with the same situation, no reply)-never solved problem, complaints to reception, reception blame the manager, complaint to manager, manager blame the head office! What a funny circle!-they only interested in your payment every week.

My daughter's days in busy bees at Crace were great. I can say that she has learned and grown a lot through the support and care of all her educators. She has built a good relationships with all her caring educators and peers. She made a lot of fun and exciting learning memories in Crace and we are grateful for all of it. Thank you so much. My daughter and I will miss Crace.

Evie settled in so quickly at Busy Bees, and I believe it's due to the wonderful educators, small class sizes and gorgeous surroundings. I feel so lucky to have found Busy Bees for Evie. I'm sure it will continue to give her an incredibly positive start to her education.

Busy Bees Crace has been a platform for my son who has immensely supported my son's learning milestones. The staffs have been providing their best to provide quality care and I wouldn't be able to get that satisfaction from any other care.The staffs are very approachable and always has been valuing my child's believe and thoughts towards learning. The learning that has taken place in the care has positively impacted on his daily life. Both me and my husband are very happy that effective learning has been taking place. I have been noticing recently that after attending Busy Bees at Crace, he has achieved his milestone much earlier than his expected age would achieve.He loves coming to the Care and fully enjoys being an explorer.

Amazing care of children. The staff were always so helpful at the service. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Looking forward to never having to deal with this group again. Only interested in one thing and it isn't the wellbeing, exploration, happiness or grown of your child. Busy Bees is interested in making money. Employees are interested in collecting their pay cheque for as little interaction and work as possible. Management is not available. Casuals from Randstad are swapped in and out of each room. No continuity, support or training in Circle of Security or other types of positive interactions with children.The centre was better when it was Early Learning Crace. Would not recommend Busy Bees. Ever.

Would not recommend at all, the service was very disappointing for my 12 month old. They are also terrible with their admin. Due to extremely poor record keeping we were advised we owed thousands of dollars because they did not keep appropriate enrolment information.

a fantastic daycare that has taken great care of our son. they are always running activities and the centre is very safe and welcoming. thanks team for all of your efforts
