Didn’t enjoy my experience, don’t get me wrong loved the wash and blow dry but the cut by Jeremy was not good, he spent not even 5 minutes cutting my hair before I was rushed out. Ended up calling up and complaining after spending $70 on my hair and nothing really being done. Went back the next day the girl that fixed my hair was lovely and actually took the time to seperate and cut and made sure I was happy. I had no apology from Jeremy, he didn’t speak the entire time I was there and as soon as I walked out the door he started singing. Might I add he also scratched my face twice with the wire brush.Maybe instead of overbooking and rushing through hairstyles you actually take the time and care people deserve.

It’s always a pleasure getting my hair done here. I have curly hair which can be super tricky to cut but I’ve never left disappointed.

I loveee coming hereeee. I’ve been here so far 3 times. Have had kirra each time, she is the best!! Helped me achieve a split dye hair, then transformed it into a beautiful blonde all over. This salon has such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I just appreciate how much kirra has helped me feel confident with my hair.

Have never had a bad experience (or cut!) from here - friendly and experienced staff and great prices.

I loved this place and my haircut! They do such a good job and the staff are so welcoming. I would come here again and I do suggest everyone does too.

Extremely disappointed.My first few appointments had been no problem other then staff changing issues but that is out of their control.Now, my most recent appointment is the reason I won't be coming back. I booked and specifically requested Taylor who had seen me on a prior appointment, only to be asked to attend my appointment early and wasn't told I wouldn't be seen by her. Came to my appointment and was surprised to see I was put with an apprentice. Now just to clarify, I have no issue with seeing apprentices. I believe they have great potential and need the practice however, the lack of communication frustrated me.I noticed I was forced to lead the consultation process with her as she didn't ask me anything. I told her what my hair had been through prior to this appointment and asked if i needed any foils or bleach. She assured me everything was fine and we'd be able to achieve what I was after without any lightening.My hair turned out nothing like I asked and looked nothing like the reference photos I showed to her and her manager. I walked out thinking it's not that bad" but when I got home and had a closer look it wasn't right. I decided to text the owner to organise a time to get my hair fixed
