Dealt with Brad and his team all via phone living interstate for water damage repairs on a property. He was straight up honest and easy to deal with and made the process all to easy. The job was finished to a high standard, with no headaches and a job well done. Will be using Brad and the boys again for all future works.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.I can't comment on their plastering work, but if it's anything like their customer service, I would recommend you avoid this company. I first contacted Luxe Plastering on 24 October 2022 to request a quote for plastering works. Brad asked me to contact Lachy given the nature of the job. My husband spoke with Lachy who requested we email details of what needed to be done so he could provide a quote. This was competed on 30 October 2022. We did not receive a quote. I followed up on 19 November and received no response. I followed up again on 23 November and Lachy responded saying he can't do the job until February. I responded and said that was fine, but could a quote be provided. No response. I followed up again on 5 December. No response. I followed up again on 10 Dec and requested that he let me know of he was unable to or did not want to do the job so I could contact other plasterers. To date, I've received no response. I was astonished, given the apparent reviews. Very disappointing that they don't have the courtesy to respond to a potential client.

Brad & his team did some plastering works for us last month. We were so impressed with the work we got them back to do some further plastering. Brad was very prompt in giving us quotes & always turned up on time. Their work is very professional & all team members that came in were very friendly. Brad also had an electrician & carpenter who did some further work on our house. We highly recommend them.

Engaged Brad and his team to renovate our bathroom. The experience from the initial discussion to the end product was fantastic. In the initial stage, Brad took the time to understand our needs and constantly kept us in the loop of what needs to happen. From the start, we knew that we've found someone who not only knows his stuff but also cares about his clients.During the reno, everyone who worked in the project were very friendly and nice. They worked well together to ensure a best possible end result. E.g. the tiler tol Brad that the already cut niche should be bigger so that the tiles will align better, and will look better. They didn't cut corners, but expended the niche and it looks great.After the reno, Brad kept in touch with us to make sure everything is alright. Can't believe how different our bathroom looks!A massive thank you to Brad and his team for the top quality service. We've heard so many negative stories about working with tradies but you guys have really proved that to be untrue!Can't wait till the lockdoen is over for them to renovate our 2nd bathroom!

Dealing with Brad and all his team was a pleasure.
