Due to limited dinning options and some high ratings we decided to try as this cuisine is family fav ! The service person told us to go and read the board outside for the specials for the day when requested !! She was rude and would strongly suggest to have good front service staff for customer retention !The food is expensive compared to the servings as the fellow review ! Japanese tea for $5 was hot water and a tea bagFood was ok for take away but perhaps condiments readily available will make a difference ! Service and good food together works well

Having missed travelling to Japan over the last few years, Tsuki hit the spot. Both their vegan and teriyaki salmon bentou boxes were delicious and fresh. It's hard to find great Japanese, but Tsuki are great.

Kazumi served us and she's all smiles. The food tastes great. We planned to dine in, but the sun was scorching and there are limited seats in the shade. I think the price is reasonable. Some people complaining about it don't know how much rent costs around this area.

Fantastic quality food served up by some friendly and passionate people.I’ve been here a few times since we moved to Nelson Bay and have never received anything less than very good quality. And I’m all for paying the price if the quality is there to match. Every item in my bento box was perfectly prepared.On top of that, they’re super friendly and welcoming.Now if only they could open a seated restaurant for dinner in the Bay (hint)

Really enjoyed our experience at Tsuki. Food was freshly made, tasted lovely and was prepared quickly. Staff were really friendly and they have great vegan/ vego options. Can easily recommend this place :)
