Zero on blatant lack of customer service or giving a f…k about clientsSince when is anyone too busy to lack the “common courtesy” of simply *acknowledging someone in their store?3rd visit to this Store looking to swap over to Telstra .. with the same experienceThe sales assistant can’t be bothered to even look up Or say hi…. Or I’m busy for 5 minutes if you would like to take seat, grab a coffee etc.Dam I don’t mind waiting for your time, however I also don’t know how long you will be with a client….5 mins? 20 mins? Should I wait , should I come back?Hell I don’t know because you lack the human curtesy & good business practice to simply acknowledge people in your store!It’s not that hard Telstra Yamba !BTW the other 2 clients standing beside me left as wellPretty garbage experience for a new store ownership…The word spreads quickly in a Small town, off to Grafton Telstra…
