I arrived in this stunning town in December from nz and Pillowtalk was a shop I had never seen in my hometown. Loved it from the moment I walked in and can and have spent hours pondering what I would like for our new home . I visited again today and Mon ( assistant manager) spent hours with me helping me decorate my 3 bedrooms . Nothing was an issue ..she's was literally running from one end to the other and out in the stock room until we found the perfect look . And then she packed it in my car . Where do you get service like that ? You don't ! Can't speak highly enough of Mon . Please make sure she gets a pat on the back . She makes shopping at pillow talk an amazing fun experience. Ladies were very helpful in finding the right colour I needed for a Table Runner to go on my Silky Oak Duchess to enlighten the Crystal ornaments I had been given from family.

Last month bought a pillow and the staff member was very helpful but unfortunately the pillow hurt my neck when I used it, so the manager was lovely enough to allow me to swap for another pillow. The staff made me feel welcomed and not at all like I was an inconvenience which some places act when you return something. Thanks everyone for great service.
