Subway corporate need to do something about Cleanliness and Quality and services at the Spring Hill store on Turbot street. Check their reviews. Be a Corporate office and do something about that place or close it. Turns people away from using subway at all.

Tried to order a Platter B from the Capalaba Drive through store, this is where we always get our work function platter B's! Multiple times a month. Over the last two days i had been trying to order & no one knew how to take my order, then this morning proceeded to tell me they can't make platter B's anymore & can only order the subs separate. Called the Alexandra Hills Subway & the process was much easier - the lady was very helpful & ill be picking up our platter B today at lunch time. Thank you Subway Alexandra Hills.

A month ago saw in store promo for their new Subway app to get rewards points. But after 2 attempts by store staff voiding first attempt and trying again, no success. Contacted their customer service by phone who advised to email with copy of receipt to rectify. As yet had no contact what so ever, customer service = negative 10 (They wont let me post without clicking 1 x star, Why?) . Why promote yourselves so much but fail to follow up customer queries, I guess this is the way their parent company in the US operate.

Just had worst service at the kilcoy store...very slap happy job with our order...no smile or how is ur day...honestly smiling is free....she acted like she was there doing us a favor...omg why dont u sell beetroot or pineapple. ....think u need to retrain ur staff in customer service....

Ordered a BLT with mozzarella and Avocado, toasted please. To my surprise I received bacon Avocado and mozzarella toasted 6 inch. Lettuce and tomato MIA. I need to select lettuce and tomato! WHY when I ordered a BLT. Sigh!!!

Subway slacks Creek on Kingston road.Absolutely disgraceful service from the older man.After playing 10 questions decided to not support the business that employs him. Learn the rules and what you can and CANNOT ask. It is not hard to be legal or nice.

Subway Park Ridge Qld had NO subs 9am Sat morning. They just couldn’t be bothered putting the bread on in time. You could only purchase an overpriced wrap and the staff member did not care. But many of the salads were also low or empty. What good is a Subway with no Subs? Still waiting to hear from you head office!
