Chicken Treat
Worst experience tonight. Waited twenty minutes to get my order and when I got home the roast chicken smelt off!!! My toddler was extremely upset because I had to give the chicken to the dogs. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Was a little underwhelming, although I think that's all Chicken Treats in general tbh.Sometimes, I forget this is a Western Australian franchise only.All things considered, it was okay. It was easy to see the staff were under the pump, although again I visited at around 11 am good Friday, so again, all things considered, not too bad really. Staff were still coming in as I finished eating and probably deserve a medal tbh, thanks guys.

Chicken Treat
Just yesterday (saturday 20th) I ordered a parmi burger with large chips. As I was ordering one of the staff members kept looking me up and down with extreme judgement and i felt very uncomfortable. While I was waiting for my food, I was completely taken aback by her continuing to give me repeated dirty looks. she was young (female - around 14-15) with short brown hair. Her actions made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.food overall was good though.

Got a tropicana combo chips were saggy and unsalted, Chicken was small and dry, and banana was so sloppy it destroyed chips

Chicken Treat
Just bought 2x chicken bacon cheese burgers from the Kwinana store. Went home ate one which I thought tasted funny & was about to eat the second when I saw the best before date of 06/08/21....it's now the 03/09/21!!!Took it back & the manager didn't even come out from the back to speak with me about it. Had a young girl deal with it saying the date gun had the wrong date on it!Glad I took a photo of the wrapping before I slammed it down on the counter & stormed out. I'll be taking it further after the terrible resolution from the manager of the store!

love the quick service and quality and great service especially from the lovely staff and manager erica who's a definite keeper and such a polite professional lady thanks for great experience and highly recommend the sharcha burger and yummy fries , seeya soon thanks kwinana store and if there's ever a problem they will sort you out

Chicken Treat
I ordered 2x 3 piece Chicken Treat(with a Thigh, rib and drum stick) w drinks for my elderly Dads and my dinner. However, by the time I got to the window I wasn't charged for the drinks so it wasn't a meal. When I got home and opened up the 2x boxes the pieces I got for both were a small dried up chicken wing, drum stick and Thigh which was covered by chips. I'm assuming we had lots of chips to hide the peices of dried up chicken encase I checked it at the window. It was disgusting and all the chicken looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours and it wasn't the normal crispy golden colour as it was a dark brown/burnt colour. I don't know how to add a pic or else I would have done so and if I was ur Secret Shopper? Chicken Treat kwinana would get a big FAILED!!. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!

Chicken Treat
I have been coming to this chicken treat on and off for years, and recently after not going for a couple of years I went in store and discovered the wonder of the latest menu. The drive-through doesn't do the menu justice. Now I go instore and find something new I wanna try next almost every time. I find myself choosing this over all other options. And a big plus is how happy and friendly all the staff seem to be. It really makes it a joy to come into this branch for what is always a good feed.
