I wasted too many months and $$$ running my 80 series back and forth to several workshops trying to get an intermittent issue sorted, without success. I finally took it to Cape York Automotive who diagnosed and fixed it properly, on the first visit. The old 'cruiser drives better than ever now. Unreal and thoroughly professional service from the team, highly recommended.

**Very DISAPPOINTING** If it is easy, quick service then ok, anything more complicated or 'outside the box' AVOID!! Utterly inefficient & the only person who has the wealth of experience & know how, works behind a desk & does NOT do the actual mechanical work! GO ELSEWHERE. Over 1 week all they did was put car on the hoist just to look - that's it! Not even an attempt to fix issue or find parts. Not so friendly office staff either.

I would highly recommend cape york automotive to everybody i know with a 4x4 they done a great job fixing my axle seals and rear bearing on my 100 series. The job was done 3 times in sydney and would not stop leaking. Very professional team of staff and the price was great.Thank you

Great service, great people, would never go anywhere else. Always ring you with what is coming up next - in my case a couple of suspension bushes next service. Rang to ask if I wanted wipers replaced. Car is always washed and windscreen cleaned. Excellent.

We had minor issues with our repairs which another staff member resolved for us. Maybe the team there are busy because they also forgot to do some of the work requested. Very friendly staff though.

Consistently fixed and looked after my 4x4 (even when I have done silly things up in the cape with it). Friendly and efficient, wouldn't go anywhere else with my 4x4.
