Price Attack Carousel

I came in on a whim for some reshaping and an all over colour to match extensions and I left having learnt so much from these ladies. Rather than diving head first into a colour that supposedly matched, they took the time to ask for second opinions to find the right blend of tones and make it as close as possible. Everything was done with so much care and precision to ensure I was happy with the progress. They were also so knowledgeable on curly hair techniques and aftercare, I couldn't be happier with how it came out. Huge thank you to Sienna and all the ladies!

Never go here ever .. worst hair cut place I've been too .. hairdresser took off about 2 inches more than I asked ... it's completely uneven 1 side is about 1.5cm longer than the other. Looks like a child has taken to my hair then even tho the hairdresser stuffed it up got no discount .. haircut was more expensive than the nice place I normally go to.

had a fine experience in store was greeted and served immediately by a staff member on saturdayhowever i was purchasing a hair dryer and not a cheap one eitheri was looking at parlux dryers and the attendant actually collected and sold me the wrong attachment for the parlux advance light, she’s sold me one for the 385 or whatever. obviously i don’t work at price attack so i didn’t think to question her about whether or not she knew which one was the correct diffuser as she just collected it for me and brought it to the counter along with the dryer after she had discussed it with me.i’ve since bought the correct head for the dryer elsewhere but you’d think selling a big ticket item when somebody is spending larger amounts you’d pay extra attention to make sure you’re giving the right attachments out. i don’t live locally to carousel so that’s $40 down the drain basically plus i have extremely kinky course curly hair so i can’t even use my new dryer til my correct diffuser attachment arrives. it’s likely i will avoid this location now as it’s obvious staff don’t really know the products they’re selling if they thought these two heads were interchangeable.edit : reached out to price attack as per their comment, they asked me more about my experiencenever received any further communication or resolution. pretty poor customer service

I went in to the store on a hope that they could provide a haircut for my two children (8 & 9). Luckily they were able to squeeze them and myself in for cuts. The entire experience was the nicest I have had for awhile from a hairdressing salon. The team were approachable, great listeners but really fun and made the experience really fabulous for my two children. They even offered me (mum) a cut and were lovely in looking after all of us. The teamwork and positive environment was evident, which comes from good management and ownership. The professional skills were also evident in the way the apprentices were being trained but also beautifully treated. I will definitely be coming back despite the longer drive, because of the positive, simple and welcoming experience by each team member. Big thank you!

Everyone was really friendly and accommodating, but they charged me $60 for a hair trim, when the haircut was finished, it was uneven and the lady had to trim some more. Their customer service was really good, but the main reason I went there was for a haircut and I am unhappy about that. For that, I am giving them a 1 star. I hope they match their price to their skills, or at least, do not overcharge a customer.

Oh my God!! I absolutely loved getting my hair done although it was only simple. I was only getting a fringe done but she did such a great job! I'm obsessed!! The girls are also the sweetest!! Highly recommend!

All the hair dressers are soooo lovely and welcoming, it’s such a good vibe in there. I am beyond impressed with how Zoe has done my full head of foils. She’s a very talented hair dresser. Highly recommend this salon.
