Brought my laptop in on a Friday, they said they would call and tell me when they can fix it but never called. I had to call in and ask them myself if my laptop has been fixed, they said they had no idea what the problem was and charged $75 for me to bring in my laptop to have no solution to the problem. And never had a set price before hand. Would not recommend this store.

I contacted Bhavish yesterday regarding my 10 years old laptop as my screen was broken. He happily replaced the screen today within a few hours. He saved my laptop and I am very happy that I can continue using it. Thank you Bhavish! You are a Legend!

Super helpful and friendly service! My computer wasn’t turning on and now it’s working great and he even showed me and went through how to reinstall word. He really went above and beyond for me as he stayed back after closing time for the finish of the install. I’m so happy and couldn’t recommend more! If I have any future issues I know where I’m going!

Im giving this 5 stars on the service provided within a phone call. Our desktop crashed and instead of filling me with stories I was given no nonsense info. The polite manner and no hurry up during this makes me feel that a person to person would have been the same.

I took my computer in for repair only to find out that there was nothing wrong with it after extensive diagnostic testing. The real culprit then appeared to be a fault with my 4 port USB connector. I had had both the mouse and keyboard plugged into it but when I removed the connector and plugged these two items directly into the back of the case, the previous problems that I had had ceased. Thank you to Wizz Infotech for their highly efficient service in regards to resolving what was a very tricky situation.

I was a victim of a SCAM where the guys call you claiming to Telstra or Microsoft Support person and take control of your machine. They ended locking me out of my machine and hijacking all my files and demanded i pay before they can release my data, Thanks to the guys at Wizz Infotech they were able to rescue my data and had my computer running better than before in 1-2 days.ThanksBhavish

I cannot highly reccomend Wizz Tech's service, comunication , price and workmanship. I have used this business for a few years now, each for different issues that dont related to each other. Each time has been an amazing competative price, great communication and work completed in a timly mannor. Thanks again!

Great service, prices are very reasonable and the technician has alot of knowledge with computers and know his job very well. I highly recommend them for computer repairs and sales for both business and domestic clients too.

Atrocious behaviour and unprofessionalism by the owner who could not careless when he lost my order which was paid for. There was no follow up call to let me know my adapter cord had arrived. When l returned from an interstate business trip, he pretended that he knew nothing about the order. What actually happened is that he sold it because he is so unorganised and negligent when it comes to running the business. You can never find him because he works odd hours and doesn’t care less. Furthermore he only accepts payment upfront and doesn’t care whether you receive the product you paid for. When confronted, he doesn’t take responsibility or even try to make up for the bad service. He simply argues with you and blames you for losing the order. There is no customer service here. Please do not bother with Wizz Infotech as it doesn’t care for you or your business.
