National Garage Remotes & Openers

Purchased 2 remote from them and they got delivered via Amerax.Unfortunately, the package wasn't delivered securely as someone stole the delivery and left the empty envelope. Not sure if the envelope were pushed proper into the mailbox or left sticking out as there were no proper photo. I still believe if someone can nick out the envelope from your mailbox it's not delivered securely.Talked to Brian and there wasn't much empathy or understanding. Even tried to ask for a little discount so I could buy another two. But he didn't really care.Not going back to them and luckily, I found the remotes cheaper with one of their competitors, saving $10. So not a returning customer.

Quick delivery and prompt after sale service.I purchased two garage opener replacement remotes, they worked a treat, even better than the original Merlin opener remotes.

First class customer service and communication! They have an extension range of garage key fob products but more importantly, all of the step guides and instructions you need. Highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!

Everything was great until it came to the instructions! Having finally downloaded them and followed them I ended up with the remote in pieces looking nothing like the picture on the instructions! This was over about 5 days. Then I googled it at work to find on Utube that half of the instructions showing buttons to press were at the Motor end not the remote end! It does not say that on the Instructions. They are not at all clear.

I ordered the wrong remotes and returned them and reordered at the direction of the company rep I spoke to. I had requested I return and they resend the correct one to save having to spend double but they said no and I had to reorder.I have emailed twice and received no response about my refund. I called and spoke to a male who spoke to me like I was a stupid female in a very condescending tone. I have been told if I cant find the tracking number there is nothing they can do. I have never had trouble returning items before to any company. I don't believe they did not receive them back, nor do I accept that they would have processed a refund if they got them. It appears they do this regularly. Don't trust them, and if you return something, don't expect a refund. Even better if you are a female, don't bother dealing with these misogynists.

Received remotes well before stated date on the ad, very easy to program as they came with instructions and now i have four remotes as i was able to program all with the help of instrucion provided by the seller.

I Bought Garage remote online and it didn't work. I had to return it back. They said they never received it. They send remote same way and I received it in 2 weeks. How it is not working other way around. Never going to buy things directly. It's hard to trust or deal with when no eBay or Amazon is involved.

2nd Time I have used these guys.Super prompt delivery and new openers are high quality, and easy to setup. work 1st time everytime.
