Terrible! Our electrician ordered a $4k light through Cetnaj. We have been chasing them to find out about the order, the manufacturer hadn't received an order despite money being paid, but no one in the store seems to have a clue. I tried going in to speak to the manager, Jamie, he wasn't there and wasn't answering his phone. So we are still none the wiser. It wasn't our choice to use Cetnaj, and we certainly wouldn't use them again.

Absolute waste of time, they don't seem to have any stock and are always on their phones. They act uptight and seem to go through staff quite often, I wonder why???
