The sale rep personal girls or guys are polite and helpful. They inform you off products that are cost efficient and free from vic government. They installed products “ like ultra professionals. When said don’t let them in “ not true!!! Girl that installed our shower and door seal was impressively capable and impressive!! The door seal and shower heads work like a charm thank you very much.

2 times in 3 days you guys have come to my house and because I have a do not knock your sales lady stood out the front yelling out to come to the door, the next time your sales lady grabbed a visitor.... and wouldn't take no. I said a lady had already been here to here reply no had. Considering im in a rental you really shouldn't be making alterations to fans without the owners consent... very rude... if someone says no they mean it

Got a new hot water system system installed under the government rebate scheme. Very happy with their service. Revanth, the customer service is very informative, helpful & efficient. He helped to get it installed within a few days as my old system broke down already. Thank you!

Rohit Kumar called and took all of my details. I supplied installation information, as requested, including my VIC token number and was given a price excluding rebate.When I asked that this be confirmed (due to it being 60% higher than the price of a competitor quote), I was ignored then the company completely stopped responding after I followed up again.This is an absolute scam of a company. Garbage service and shameful conduct.Avoid at all costs.

Great service - good communication - prompt service. Our hot water system had failed and they were able to get a replacement in the next day. Tradespeople were friendly, efficient and did quality work.

DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!!!!! Installer lost a valve handle for the existing showerhead. Came back to fix the problem and didn't have the part. Took the shower head off. Told me he wasn't responsible and wasn't going to do anything. Left with the shower head still off and my 70 year old Mother without a shower - They tried to install door sealing without consent which left the door unable to be closed, removed it only after being shown the door wouldn't close. Cagey about showing their ID's one of the installers deliberately turned it around and refused to let me record the details. How do you like taking advantage of the elderly?

Be very careful about these guys. They walk to every door steps saying the government wants to do something for you free of charge and give you a appointment for another day. Then no one turns up on the appointment time and later few guys walk to your house and tell you you are not eligible for the government schemes. These guys look very fishy. Don't ever let them into your house.

Installation of door seals to prevent heating and cooling escaping out the door: Door seals fell off within less than one day. If you (Or our guests at the motel rooms) touched it it fell off. We had to go around and screw them all on as the glue they used was very poor.Vents installed on exhaust fans to prevent heating and cooling escaping into roof space: One of the exhaust fan covers fell off onto the guest while they were in the shower. Not a good look for our business.Emailed thru but no reply. I have since called and hopefully they will be back to ensure that fan covers do not fall off.
