The best rental agency in the town , and cherry of the cake is his properly manager Ali Ftouni, He is nicest guy I have ever dealt with for my rental home issue, he is been very supportive through out my stay, I highly recommend this agency for finding best home in the town, Keep doing the good work guys.

I leased a unit through Laing and Simmons and the property manager Ali has been absolutely great and he is very helpful right from beginning. He understood my requirements and helped me to get a right property as I was tireless in finding a property then. Later he was very responsive on mobile and emails if there is any issue in the property, and he genuinely took care of the building, monitored illegal parking, guided residents on the waste management etc and has been touch with all tenants regularly if they need any help. Overall I had a good experience with dealing Ali and their organisation. So I recommend anyone to reach out them if you are searching for property to lease.
