The overall experience has been very good with THL Auto service. Steven is very professional and transparent with the car maintenance. He will provide you photos of his services and details the list of issues with the car. He has never pressured me into fixing any minor problems with my car and will tell me he can revisit the problem next maintenance. Honesty is a respectable quality in the industry and I strongly recommend his services.

After servicing my car and completing inspections, they consulted me first prior to completing any additional work. Definitely will be going back here again! They helped fix the problems w my car that the previous people who serviced my car didn’t fix. They even replaced my headlights for free and gave my car a good ol’ vacuum clean. My car legit sounds like a new car! Sounds so smooth and runs smooth.

Most thorough and professional car service I can recall. They sent photos of all the items that needed follow on attention and explained them all at pickup. They worked with my schedule to get the car ready when I needed it and follow up can't be faulted. Price of the initial service was very economical, especially considering how thorough they were - checked everything!

Had a great experience this week with THL Auto and Steven, booked the car in for its general maintenance but ended up getting a whole lot more done. Usually I would feel bothered by how much I had to spend on the car and wonder if it was actually necessary, however Steven is very transparent and detailed, I didnt feel taken advantage of as I often do getting my car serviced, and there was no pressure to fix any minor problems. I was sent photos of the services being done and kept updated throughout the process. I appreciated the thoroughness and transparency. Great car service, great customer service. I will absolutley be a returning customer :)

We recently had our Ford Focus serviced at THL along with a damaged panel repair. They were very professional to deal with and were reliable. We are very happy with the panel repair, looks like new! Car runs very well since the service. Steven provided a written list recommended items for good maintenance which was very helpful.
