Great friendly service.They also stock very high quality products.I rang to get some information about food for my puppy, They spent a long time answering all my questions and when I got to the shop they had assembled a sample bag for me and my puppy.This kind of customer service and knowledge is rare these days and I will be buying my supplies for here now.Highly Recommended.

Please stop using our beautiful wildlife to feed to pets. Why is their life of lesser value than a cat or dog. They are mothers and fathers, aunties and uncles. They have such strong family ties. If you are not sure why not visit a carer and see how sentient these beautiful animals are. They deserve to be left in peace. The kangaroo killing industry is the most cruel there is bludgeoning babies to death, leaving at foot joeys to starve to death. Please reconsider

So disappointed, they increase the bag of dry food $5 the price per kilo was $7,5 is now $9.I will never go back!! We speak about pet food !!Very much disappointed by this abuse.Not fair for owner.

Super friendly owners, great range of pet food and treats. My dog always enjoys a visit to the store as she's given a sample of some of the tastiest treats around. Highly recommend.

An amazing family owned business.Service is outstanding.Products all the main needs.The raw food n bones are just wow.Been feeding raw for over 20yrs and my dogs have never been in such condition.

Very expensive but if you're after a large variety of meats they definitely have the more unusual. I can't justify it for my large dog as even the most basic chicken is twice the price I pay down the road but I'll definitely be dropping in occasionally to mix things up. The staff were really friendly too ☺️
